We are hiring Two (2) Finance Officers who will be responsible in analyzing financial performance of the assigned Region (North Luzon & VisMin) by collecting, monitoring, and studying data and recommending actions.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform final forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and operational/financial metrics tracking for the Region assigned.
Evaluate financial performance of the Region by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts and report in financial performance of the region by analyzing results; monitoring variances and then recommend actions to management.
Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting. Review the discrepancy noted with the department concerned.
Establish and enforce policies and procedures on Regional level.
Qualifications:
3-5+ years of business finance or other relevant experience
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
CPA or CFAs preferred
High proficiency in financial modeling techniques
Proven work experience in financial reporting, financial statements and variance analysis.
Advanced knowledge in MS Excel and proven work experience with SAP
Must be willing to travel.
