Responsibilities
To monitor the day-to-day financial operations
To monitor venues' monthly performance
To prepare monthly and yearly management reporting
To prepare monthly landlord report and yearly landlord audit reconciliation
To update consolidated group financial report
Preparation of Actual vs Budget P&L report to operation
Preparation of cashflow actual & forecast
To assist in audit & tax matters
To involve in company annual budget
To ensure compliance with accounting policies and local regulatory requirements
Ad hoc tasks as required
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
5-8 years experiences in accounting and/or financial analysis
Strong leadership and mentoring skills with managing/ overseeing a team
Commercial and business awareness
An analytical mind
Industrial of retails background will be added advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workplace
