Job Description :
Fully responsible for the daily management of the Finance Department;
Cooperate with the overall development plan and strategy of the group, formulate investment plans and financing plans;
Monitor the implementation process of various financial plans, analyze, report to the chairman accordingly, and revise the plan in a timely manner;
Formulate, maintain and improve the company's financial management procedures and policies, and formulate annual and quarterly financial plans;
Responsible for the preparation and implementation of financial budget reports, monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports;
Responsible for the overall fund allocation, cost accounting, accounting and analysis of the group and its subsidiaries;
Responsible for the management of funds and assets;
Monitor major economic activities that may cause economic losses to the company;
Manage the relationship with banks and other institutions;
Carry out communication and coordination between the financial center and internal and external points subsidiaries.
Job Qualification
More than 1.8 years of financial management experience in multinational companies or large enterprise groups;
Familiar with VBA skills and ERP operating system, with experience in using software such as Kingdee and UFIDA;
Proficient in financial accounting system, company accounting, auditing, taxation and other businesses;
Familiar with the full set of processes and management of accounting operations, accounting and auditing;
Familiar with the local financial laws and regulations and taxation policies of the Philippines and the handling methods of related accounts;
Familiar with financial management, corporate financing and capital operation;
Good oral and written expression skills;
There is a good relationship between the government and the bank, and a certain amount of financing ability.
