Ensures relevance, reliability, and integrity of financial and management reports
Analyzes financial reports and key performance indicators, and reports the same monthly to higher management
Manages cash flow and overall working capital requirements
Prepares overall operational budget and monitors all spending to protect and maximize profit
Reviews and analyzes feasibility and profitability of the Company's strategic initiatives and business expansion programs including marketing activities
Designs and implements optima business processes and internal controls to ensure that the Company is operating efficiently & effectively, all assets are properly safeguarded and to avoid unnecessary losses due to misappropriation/fraud.
Ensure conformity of accounting transaction with the accounting standard and its compliance with statutory requirements to avoid or minimize possible risks or losses due to noncompliance.
