Job Description:
Job Title: Finance- Business Management Specialist- Vice President
Location: Manila
Corporate Title - Vice President
The Business Management Specialist is responsible for ensuring the execution of activities from the wide range of Business Management tasks, either directly responsible for task execution or indirectly responsible via the efforts of other team members. The Business Manager Specialist's responsibilities may include all or some of the following, financial planning and business forecasting, reporting output quality and performance metrics, ensuring satisfactory infrastructure and control function service level delivery and supplier sourcing and pricing negotiations. In addition, the Business Management Specialist may be responsible for analyzing the impact of changes and evaluating the corresponding changes to cost and the impact to the forecast. The Business Management Specialist is responsible for defining, implementing and continuously improving policies, processes and procedures that deliver consistent and reliable products and services. The Business Management Specialist may oversee the work of Lead Business Management Analysts and/ or Business Management Analysts, and other support services
Likewise, the Business Management Specialist plays a key role as a business partner to ensure successful delivery and execution of operational plans and strategies across Finance division. The role oversees that sound business decision based on substantive data is derived by the key stakeholder of the assigned Business Unit. Crucial to your role is to establish strong partnership, not only the business unit leads, but also the managers and teams operating on the ground to gain full knowledge and understanding of potential challenges that may hinder achieving their plans. In the same way you are acting as a strong partner, it is also incumbent to your role that control and governance is embedded and actively promoted in the role to ensure that policies and guidelines are adhered to by the business. This role also gives you the opportunity to learn and develop not only stakeholder management skills as you directly interact with business leads in Finance, but also to gain exposure to both Regional and Global Chief of Staff operations that gives insight on wider impact of this role to Finance Division as a whole.

Your key responsibilities
Ensure the execution of activities from the wide range of Business Management tasks, either directly responsible for task execution or indirectly responsible via the efforts of other team members
Oversee financial and business planning, analysis and forecasting, with particular focus on headcount, cost monitoring and forecasting and plan preparation.
Analyse the impact of changes and evaluating the corresponding changes to cost and the impact to the forecast.
Define, implement, and continuously improve policies, processes and procedures as it concerns headcount, cost and Entity governance
Manage or support local and global and / or divisional and Entity projects related to the topics of headcount, cost, and control/governance.
Your skills and experience
Background and exposure to Business Management or Workforce Management
Proven experience in managing stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Medium to Advanced MS application skills is an advantage
