Summary of Position:
The person should understand a complete accounting cycle and have knowledge in benefits and compensation.
An effective communicator, who is happy to work on a range of finance and payroll tasks.
Responsibilities:
Payroll
Client Timekeeping
Responding to timesheet queries and coordinating with Team Leaders
Monitoring and collating of online bank form applications for new hires for the payroll debit card
SSS and Maternity benefits filings
R3 And Philhealth monthly filings
Treasury
Weekly Bank Reconciliation
Check Preparation
Accounting
Accounts payable coding and reconciliation, liasing with suppliers to ensure queries are resolved and accounts are kept up to date
Sending of withholding tax certificates to suppliers
Monthly accrual, prepayment and payroll journal preparation
Preparation, reconciliation and the filing of BIR returns
Preparation of withholding tax certificates
Perparation and filing of PEZA forms
Requirements
Ideally CPA and possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy
Required skill(s): Advance Excel, Microsoft Office
Experience of Xero, an advantage
Preferably knowledgeable with PEZA transactions
Required language(s): English, Filipino
Able to communicate both written and verbally to a wide selection of audiences.
At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in Finance - General accounting is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work from home and in the office in Taguig.
