We are currently looking for Finance Assistant - Accounts Payable (DIRECT HIRE)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Know at least basic principle of accounting
Handling liquidation, reimbursement and payment voucher
Accounts Payable and Disbursement
Ensure all payments are made for only authorized expenditures to correct payees, for both asset acquisitions and operating expenses
Initiate Accounts Payable recording of entries only for valid payables with complete documentation
Ensure timely payments to suppliers and observe accounting standard lead time on processing of payables
Strong knowledge in Processing customer Invoices or Billing processes
Strong Accounting Process (Accounts Payable/ Journal Entry / Disbursement/ Collection Process)
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Preferably Less than 1-year experience specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
