Job Descriptions
Validation of sellers compensation documents, schedules and reports, maintains corresponding files and accounting documents, assists in performing effective sellers compensation processing and records management and obeys all company policies and procedures
Validation of sellers compensation documents, schedules and reports by performing the following tasks
Records and monitors daily sales production and daily collections subject to commission/sellers compensation processed for transmittal to Audit Division.
Validate sellers compensation documents with complete & correct attachments, if any:
Filled-up Reservation Agreement(RA)/ Offer To Purchase(OTP)
Accuracy of Computation Sheet and match with RA/OTP.
Filled-up Buyers Information Sheet.
Analysis of additional documents if necessary.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce/Accountancy
1 year experience in the field of accounting
Good interpersonal relations
Good in both written and oral communication
Analytical with good computer skills
High attention to details and accuracy
Can work under pressure and less supervision
Willing to assigned at Purok 1 Makiling Calamba Laguna
