Job Description
Prepare payment request and validates the completeness and veracity of the attachments
Prepare Accounts Payable Voucher and Check Voucher
Prepare the BIR 2307 Certificate for Suppliers
Maintain and update posting of transaction to appropriate books of accounts
Prepare Journal Vouchers related to month-end closing
Performs analysis of accounts
Monthly Expense Liquidation Report
Prepare monthly Bank reconciliation
Record collection in the OR Register
Monitor and Checking of Customers Receivables
Update and monitor Aging of Accounts Receivable
Follow-up Collections and reconcile to customers records
Deposit all Collections to designated bank
Submit summary of schedule on time for payment purposes and filing of taxes
Filing of all financial documents
Perform other accounting - related tasks that maybe assigned by the Accounting Manager
BSC Accounting student/graduate
Must be keen to details, willing to learn and can work with minimum supervision.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office
