FIELD SALESMAN / SALES REPRESENTATIVE (1)

Job Summary
 
We are looking for a motivated and disciplined Field Salesman to grow our distribution of pet food and essential consumer goods to pet shops, agri stores, groceries, and retailers.
The role requires route selling, store relationship management, order taking, and account expansion.
Candidates with experience in pet products, feeds, rice, oil, FMCG, or agricultural supplies are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Account Management
Visit assigned stores and outlets regularly
Maintain strong relationships with store owners and buyers
Take orders and submit daily sales reports
Ensure product availability and good shelf placement
Territory Expansion
Identify and open new retail accounts
Introduce products to pet shops, agri-vet stores, groceries, and mini marts
Monitor competitor products and pricing
Merchandising
Ensure products are properly displayed
Monitor stock levels
Help implement promotions or marketing campaigns
Collections (if required)
Assist in receivables follow-up
Maintain good payment discipline with customers
Reporting
Submit daily sales report
Provide weekly territory updates
Report market feedback and competitor activity
Qualifications:
Preferred Experience
Experience in pet products, feeds, rice, oil, FMCG, or distribution sales
Familiar with retail stores, agri stores, or pet shops
Experience in route selling is an advantage
Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build relationships with store owners
Organized with sales reporting
Requirements
At least High School / Senior High graduate
Sales experience preferred
Must be hardworking and self-motivated
Additional Advantage
Familiar with local territory and retail stores
Motorcycle driving skills (with license)
Compensation Structure
 
Basic Salary: ₱16,000 or higher depending on experience
