ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Monitor sales pipeline
Respond to sales support tickets and provide support to CRM inquiries
Generate sales pipeline reports and provide insights on progress of opportunities
Work with the sales reps on the cleanliness of their pipeline
QUALIFICATIONS:
2-3 years experience in Sales Operations or a Program Management role supporting sales teams
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Experience or exposure to CRM solutions (Salesforce knowledge is a plus)
Understanding of Sales processes and sales strategies
