A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
The Data Ops Analyst reports directly to the APAC Field Operations Manager and provides support to the global license sales team. This position is the key custodian of account data. We are looking for data analysts who will control, organize and maintain the cleanliness of the data to deliver a superior user experience and enable a data driven culture. Team's objective is to drive improved visibility into the business through greater emphasis on analytics to support better decision making.
·Monitor and ensure the correct accounts and site linking to right parents
·Approve new accounts / sites to avoid duplication and bad data
·Utilize the BvD / ZoomInfo to conduct research on account information
·Conduct regular reviews for Accounts Merging and Manual Territory assignments
·Conduct and approve Revenue and Industry Overrides to ensure data is up to date.
·Approve and assign Softrax IDs to new accounts
·Support in the transfer of accounts to maintenance team
·Support in reassigning accounts and opportunities to the field reps
·Conduct mass uploading of data for accounts, opportunities and territories
·Ensure adherence to the process according to the Service Level Agreements
·Regular support and understanding of sales operations.
What You Will Need:
·1-2 years of experience in Sales Operations or a Program Management role supporting sales teams
·Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
·Experience or exposure to Microsoft SQL databases
·Experience or exposure to CRM solutions (Salesforce knowledge is a plus)
·Ability to gather and translate business needs to validate and support reporting requirements.
·Good technical skills, the ability to analyze data, research and solve diverse data issues.
·Accurate, with good attention to detail. Able to spot and rectify errors.
·Highly developed PC skills.
·Organized and good presentation skills.
·Ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving environment.
·The desire to learn and explore new technology within Infor is fundamental along with the ability to communicate at all levels within the company.
·Fluent in spoken and written English.
·Team player with the ability to build strong peer and interpersonal relationships.
·Able to take initiative/responsibility to support the team in their common goals
