Work with ARMM-DOH and LGU health staff in developing a package of community and facility-level FP services targeting men, women and youth.
Under the supervision of the Health Services/QI Director, oversee Provincial Coordinators in the Island Provinces of ARMM;
Lead and implement FP efforts including the development of on- site coaching modules, job aids, checklists, and standard guidelines, and training videos, working closely with DOH-ARMM and IPHOs, municipality/city health boards and CHTs.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
Masters' degree in public health, sociology, or another related field;
Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the field of family planning;
Previous experience in the ARMM preferable;
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with project stakeholders and in country collaborators; and
Strong written and spoken English and local languages.
