Responsibilities:
contact recently churned customers to resolve payment issues
handle chargebacks and disputes
track churn reasons
overall communication with The Events Calendar team
Agent Requirements:
Experience with FPR, retention, billing (email and voice)
Strong communication skills
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, strong organizational skills, with a methodical approach to all tasks
Solid customer service skills
fluent English speaker
detail oriented
strong follow through on tasks
WordPress familiarity - especially as related to making websites
