Role Overview:
We are seeking a Facility Coordinator with a strong background in managing healthcare facilities and proven experience working with the Department of Health (DOH), the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), and as a Pollution Control Officer (PCO). The Facility Manager will ensure the organization meets healthcare standards, environmental compliance, and sustainability goals, fostering a safe and efficient environment for healthcare delivery.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the healthcare facility, ensuring efficiency and high standards of care.
Ensure compliance with DOH regulations, including licensing, accreditation, and inspections.
Collaborate with DENR to implement and maintain environmentally sustainable practices, ensuring compliance with environmental laws and policies.
Develop and implement facility management best practices, including maintenance, sanitation, and equipment management.
Lead initiatives for waste management and environmental sustainability within the facility.
Develop and monitor budgets related to facility operations.
Supervise facility staff, including training and performance evaluation.
Foster partnerships with government agencies, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is a must.
At least 3-5 years of experience managing healthcare facilities.
Familiarity with DOH requirements, regulations, and compliance processes.
Proven experience working with DENR and as
Certified Pollution Control Officer (PCO).
Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
