Is currently looking for:
 
DRIVER / FACILITY MAINTENANCE STAFF
 
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
At least a college graduate or college-level education (preferred).
Able to understand, speak, and write in English effectively.
Two years of driving experience with a valid professional driver's license.
Minimum of two years in facility maintenance or repair, preferably in a residential setting.
Able to perform vehicle maintenance and other residential facility task's
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel required.
Good at setting priorities.
JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Driving and Transportation Services:
Follows scheduled trips as per approved vehicle travel request
Provide safe and timely transportation for staff, and clients.
Report any accidents, delays, or other incidents to supervisors promptly, following company protocols.
Facility Maintenance
Perform basic repairs and maintenance of facility equipment and structural needs
Cleanliness of the residential facility ground and playground.
Must have basic computer knowledge be able to perform monthly work plan.
Responsible for the timely and proper maintenance of all MRH equipment, appliances, media, music, and sports equipments.
Performs other tasks in the residential facility and minor house repairs as needed
