The Facilities and Utilities Specialist shall be responsible in collating, documenting and updating reports
related to Facilities Development and Utilities tasks/ job orders.General Duties and Responsibilities
1. Create, collate and update MaintainX entries regularly
2. Assist Facilities Dev. And Utilities officer on all branch requests
3. Support Fac. Dev and Utilities Officer branch and supplier's coordination
4. Create and publish reports related to Facilities Dev and Utilities- PMS Calendar etc.
5. Facilitate required permits and gate pass for works in clinic inside the mall.
6. Performs other/additional tasks required by the immediate superiorEducation: graduate of Architecture, engineering or any related BS degree
