We're seeking a driven and creative Facebook Ads Assistant to work for an Australian Digital Marketing Agency. We need a self-motivated individual to work closely with the department to coordinate and optimize the company's digital marketing efforts. You should be logical, contextually detail-oriented and familiar with marketing and advertising strategy.
In this position, you will utilize Facebook ad manager, create audiences, and master the secrets to Facebook ads that convert. If you already have a little experience with Facebook ads, even better! The selected individual will be in constant client communication and relationship management, assisting in the creation and management of Facebook ads that maximize the online presence of businesses.

In this position, you will be in charge of:
Collaborating with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs
Managing multiple projects at the same time
Generating leads and sales using Facebook Ads
Staying up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying.
Testing variations of ads to determine best performing
Continuous monitoring of results and improving of ads
Reporting of results of Facebook Campaigns
We need someone with:
At least 1 years experience with Facebook ads and has experience using Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
Knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search, retargeting, social network advertising
Some experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results.
Excellent communicator and creative thinker
Proficient written communication skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Enjoys learning new things and is self-motivated
