F&B SERVICE CASHIER
Job description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused F&B Service Cashier to join our team. The F&B Service Cashier will be responsible for processing payments, handling transactions, and providing exceptional service to guests at our food and beverage outlets.
Process guest payments, including cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment, accurately and efficiently.
Issue receipts, refunds, or change to guests as required.
Ensure accurate billing for food, beverages, and services, checking for discrepancies.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a cashier, preferably in an F&B or hospitality environment.
Strong math skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner.
Trustworthy and able to handle large sums of money responsibly.
Team player with a positive attitude and a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
