Balance technical feasibility, business impact, and resource availability to drive decision-making.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on platform capabilities, risks, and opportunities.
Architect and lead complex ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and custom applications.
Define and enforce development standards, governance models, and platform best practices.
Oversee internal and external development teams, ensuring high-quality, maintainable code and configurations.
Facilitate ongoing engagement with business units to understand needs, gather requirements, and define value-driven use cases.
Lead backlog management, sprint planning, and release coordination, ensuring transparency and alignment with business goals.
Design scalable, secure, and integrated ServiceNow solutions that support cross-functional workflows and enterprise automation.
Evaluate new ServiceNow capabilities and third-party integrations to enhance platform functionality.
Ensure architectural consistency and alignment with enterprise IT strategy.
What we expect
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including platform architecture, module implementation, and custom development.
Proven track record in leading enterprise-scale ServiceNow programs and managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, APIs, and integration strategies.
Experience in Agile product ownership and backlog management.
Strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM) and familiarity with ITIL practices.
Demonstrated experience leveraging AI capabilities within ServiceNow
Preferred skills:
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS in ITSM/ITOM/HRSD)
Familiarity with cloud-native architecture, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to influence without authority and drive consensus across diverse teams.
