Our client is an Australia-based hand-drawn prints company that is recognised across the globe as a supplier of some of the coolest designs to grace the fashion world.
The Role
Are you someone with a Fashion, Creative, Textiles, or Arts background looking to take your career to the next level Do you want to see your designing skills in key leading retailers across the globe This exciting opportunity will provide this and so much more!
We are looking for an artistic Print Designer with creative flare to be part of the organisational team with a focus on both domestic and international customers. The successful candidate must be a champion in house design work with imaginative expertise to interpret the client's trend vision.
Required Skills
• 2-3 years of solid experience in artistic textile design or a similar role
• Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Gmail - Can be trained
• Excellent communication skills and people management skills. Must be able to listen to and speak with the team to ensure that they understand ideas and client's requests
• Creativity. Must be able to come up with interesting and innovative ideas
• Time-management skills. Balancing competing priorities and multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines is critical
• A thorough understanding of art, copy, and layout as well as knows how to use design software
• Good understanding of colour separation and the latest creative/visual trends
• Proven people person, open to direction and a collaborative work style in an open work environment, and committed to getting the job done
• Highly motivated, with a proactive and mature approach, a result-driven and hands-on attitude, and the ability to excel in a fast pace community environment
• A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
• Ability to react positively to rapidly evolving brand requirements
• Keen attention to detail, both administrative and design
• Collaborative, trustworthy, humble, and amazing personality
• A design portfolio is required
• Willing to work 100% exclusively for our client
Hardware and Software requirements:
• An Apple computer or laptop is a preference but not essential
• Very good internet connection - 10mbps or higher
• Up-to-date Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator suites

Work Schedule
6AM - 3PM PHT (2-3 hours difference with AU time)
