We're expanding our dispatch team and are seeking skilled professionals in the Philippines who already have a strong background in U.S. freight dispatching and are ready to start immediately.If you've worked with owner-operators, negotiated with brokers, and understand how to manage loads from pickup to delivery - we want you on our team.What You'll Do:Book profitable loads for U.S.-based owner-operators and small fleets (Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, Step Deck)Handle end-to-end dispatching: load search, rate negotiation, booking, paperwork, check calls, and delivery follow-upCommunicate directly with brokers, shippers, and drivers via phone, email, and load boardsKeep detailed and accurate logs of loads and daily activitiesMonitor driver hours and ensure compliance with U.S. DOT regulationsManage multiple trucks efficiently while maintaining great relationships with driversWork U.S. business hours (EST or CST preferred)Qualifications:Must have prior experience as a freight dispatcher for U.S. trucks (minimum 1 year required; 2+ years preferred)Experience with load boards such as DAT, Truckstop, Amazon Relay, and 123LoadboardStrong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with brokersExcellent English communication skills (both spoken and written)Must be reliable, organized, and able to work with minimal supervisionStable internet connection, headset, and a quiet workspaceFamiliar with U.S. geography, trucking routes, and freight typesWhat's Offered:Competitive weekly pay in USDPerformance bonuses for high revenue weeks and on-time performanceOpportunity to work with a growing U.S. logistics operation that values long-term commitment and professionalismSupportive environment with access to the best load boards and toolsConsistent, full-time work - no cold calling or chasing leadsImportant:This position is for experienced dispatchers only.
