Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced (OF) Chatter to join our team. If you do not have actual experience as a (OF) Chatter, do not apply—your application will be automatically rejected.
Your primary role is to engage subscribers, maximize conversions, and drive revenue through strategic and engaging conversations. This is a high-performance role that requires quick thinking, strong copywriting skills, and the ability to follow directions precisely.
Earning Potential and Growth
10% commission on all sales—one of the highest commission rates in the industry.

No earnings cap—the more sales you generate, the more you make.
Traffic is provided—our team will handle driving high-quality online traffic to (OF) pages, so you can focus on conversions.
Proven chatters will be promoted to higher-budget models—chatters will start with relatively newer models and, once they demonstrate results, will have the opportunity to work with higher-budget models, significantly increasing earning potential.

Requirements (Must-Have, No Exceptions)
Minimum 3 years of experience as a (OF) Chatter.
Must name the agency you previously worked for.
Must describe at least two proven strategies you used to drive engagement and increase revenue.
Perfect English writing and reading skills (10/10).
Good English speaking skills (must submit a video explaining why you're a fit for this job).
Comfortable working with (OF) content throughout the entirety of your shift (Google what it is if you are unsure).
Stable internet connection (at home, not a shared workspace).
Decent performance computer (specify your setup in the application).
Ability to think and write engaging copy on the spot.
Ability to follow directions very clearly.
Preferred Qualifications
Male operator preferred.
Prior experience in high-performing (OF) agencies.
Work Schedule & Pay
Shifts Available (Specify Your Preferred Shift in Application)
Morning: 6 AM – 12 PM EST
Afternoon: 12 PM – 6 PM EST
Night: 6 PM – 12 AM EST
Base Pay: $3 per hour
Commission Structure: 10% commission on all sales—one of the highest rates in the industry. Top chatters can make thousands, even tens of thousands of USD per month.
Uncapped earnings—there is no limit to how much you can make in this role.
Promotion path—start with newer models, and once proven, you will have access to higher-budget models, increasing your commission potential significantly.
Payment Schedule: Biweekly – First Friday after the 1st and first Friday after the 15th.
