Job Description:
· Daily calendar monitoring for the Chief Executive Officer.
· Handle and process travel documents for international and local business trips.
· Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
· Support the CEO in reports generation, research and preparation of presentations materials, as needed.
· Manage logistics requirements for company events such as town halls, off site meetings, planning sessions, business trips etc.
· Provide administrative support to other C-suite executives, as needed.
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree graduate in Accounting / Business Management or its equivalent
· At least 5 years' experience in office management and executive assistance
· Excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking.
· High level skills in software packages including Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
· High attention to details of transactions, situations, and documents.
· Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
· Ability to communicate with a range of people remotely and effectively, both within and outside of the organization,
Demonstrate determination, resourcefulness, and purpose to deliver the best results
