JOB DESCRIPTION
ROLE SUMMARY
The Executive Admin will provide a wide range of support to our client. This would include email management, receipts gathering, data entry, travel logistics, digital marketing, SEO, payroll support, and customer engagement.
SCHEDULE: 10 AM – 7 PM Pacific Standard Time, Follows Philippine Holidays
POSITION TYPE: Full Time
WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Organize emails and conduct follow-ups
· Save receipts gathered from various sites
· Assist with the company’s new software that will be launching soon
· Handle data entry and process notes in the fields that need to be exported manually
· Plan the company’s trips, travel, and itinerary
· Assist with digital marketing
· Handle search engine optimization
· Perform payroll duties as needed
· Answer text messages and emails from customers
JOB QUALIFICATION
QUALIFICATIONS
· A Bachelor’s degree in the related field is an advantage
· Possesses time and email management skills
· Experience with receipt gathering, bank statements, and taking notes on the receipts
· Experience with bookkeeping with reconciliation
· Experience with the implementation of software is nice to have
· Experience with creating flyers or anything art-wise would be nice to have
· Experience with scheduling
· Experience or knowledge of the following tools:
o Shopify
o Zenoti
o Squarespace for Web hosting
o WordPress
o QuickBooks online
o Surfer (https://surferseo.com) which is like Google Analytics
o Jasper (https://www.jasper.ai) for AI content writing
o Gusto Payroll
o Mail Chimp
o Flow Desk
o AI software for SEO
· Experience in a multi-client environment
· Strong organization, oral and written communication skills
· Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
· Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation
· Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
