EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE CEO of Soul Sierra Boutique Resort and Wellness Center

Employment Type: Full-Time (In-Person, with travel to Soul Sierra required at least three times a week)
 
Job Summary:
 
We are seeking a dedicated and creative Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a boutique resort and wellness center. This role is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality, wellness, and digital marketing, with strong organizational skills and a willingness to travel. You will assist with daily operations, social media content creation, client communication, travel bookings, and more. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain valuable experience in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media & Content Creation: Capture high-quality photos, create marketing videos and reels, design engaging social media posts, and manage our online presence across platforms.
Website Maintenance: Perform basic updates to our website as needed, ensuring information is accurate and visually appealing.
Travel & Scheduling: Coordinate and book travel arrangements, manage the CEO's schedule, organize meetings, and ensure smooth time management.
Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries professionally and in a timely manner, providing information and assistance as needed.
Administrative Support: Help organize and streamline various aspects of the CEO's multiple business interests, contributing to a well-coordinated and efficient workflow.
Requirements:
Graduate of any Hospitality or Marketing related course
Basic photography and videography skills, with a creative eye for capturing content that aligns with our brand's aesthetic.
Proficiency in creating engaging social media content, including experience with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client-focused approach.
Flexibility to travel to Soul Sierra at least three times a week.
A proactive, detail-oriented individual with a positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong work ethic.
A strong plus if you are committed to a mindful lifestyle, with a genuine passion for well-being and sustainability.
