JOB DESCRIPTION
PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
Overall coordination of monthly events both in house and brand collaborations
Work with brands, moderators and collaborators
Work on budgeting and invoicing
Create and update events P&L and project management file
Liaising and negotiating with current and potential vendors
Negotiating sponsorship deals for the events
Coordinate event needs such as bottles and tasting kits with suppliers and warehouse
Providing support to host and moderator for the event
Conduct mock-up virtual events prior to actual event with the people involved per event
Work closely with IT and Marketing team for the collateral and promotional materials
Establish and measure event KPIs to create report for the improvement of event guidelines and procedure
Developing event feedback surveys
Creating post-event reports
JOB QUALIFICATION
QUALIFICATION:
Preferably a Degree holder in public relations, communications, or hospitality
Must have at least one (1) or more years of experience in events management
Communication and Marketing skills
Project Management Experience
Good Leadership Skills and Highly organized
Efficient in multitasking
Expert in Interpersonal skills
Must Have a Strong Internet Connection at Home
Must Have Your Own laptop
