MARKETING COORDINATOR
 
Summary:
 
Responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of marketing and sales generating activities and initiatives.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective strategic marketing strategies and plans for brand promotion and product awareness
Activate marketing campaign in various events
Organize promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
Manage social media accounts and create engaging content such as product shoot, video shoot and similar materials
Build and maintain a database of partners, vendors, customers, sponsorships, and area influencers
Create marketing collaterals for both visuals and copy (poster, flyers, email blast, etc.) 
Responsible for all ingress/egress of exhibits and monitors exhibit schedules 
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, demographics and consumer preferences to identify opportunities and threats.
Responsible for processing payments and liquidation to suppliers and employees about marketing-related activities
Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Marketing, Business Management, Mass Communication or any relevant course
At least 1 year related work experience in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent
Creative mindset and a passion for delivering results
Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Video maker, Reel maker) is a plus
Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies.
Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Has experience in events management such as trade shows and store openings
