Identifies if Employee Relations issue requires investigation and escalation, and escalate to ER Manager/ER Advisor/ER Lead, as appropriate;
Provides support to managers and team members for more complex and autonomous situations in relation to overall ER processes;
Assists team members with workload issues, provides mentoring /training to entry level Employee Relations members;
Proactively identify policy and procedure changes that improve the experience of customers' interactions with the Employee Relations team;
Reviews escalated matters with appropriate stakeholders and operates as intermediary as needed between the manager and the stakeholder/s;
Provide support to ERSS Lead in establishing strong working relationships with stakeholders, such as onshore and offshore teams
Acts as POC for BUs to ensure that continuous communication and that requests/emails are acknowledged and addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
