JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
Generate and/or qualify leads for the company with the intention of securing meetings.
Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
Manage Client accounts. This includes but is not limited to corresponding and engaging with clients for collection of requirements such as documents and payments, as well as maintaining the relationship with the client.
Manage sales process development, improvement and enforcement.
Manage sales performance and efficiency tools as a metric to ensure scalable, and profitable growth.
Create and improve proposals for our existing and new clients.
Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.
Assist in implementing sales strategies, client service, and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
Assist with drafting sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
Maintain an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
Maintain a knowledge repository of clients, referrals, RFPs, prospects, and presentations.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
Perform all other necessary duties and responsibilities that the Project Manager or CEO may direct in conjunction with the above duties and responsibilities.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Skills and Requirements
Proficient in cross-functional collaboration with exceptional written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Adept at developing and executing action oriented account plans that achieve desired outcomes with customers or partners
Presales experience is highly preferred. Experience in customer support is a plus.
Ability to identify unrealized customer requirements to drive new and incremental revenue opportunities
Proficient in developing sales engagement framework that ensures solution development is structured as an integral part of the sales process
Effective pipeline management to achieve opportunity velocity and closed-won rate
Knowledge and Experience
Minimum 3 years solutions selling experience in the high-tech industry preferably Cloud, AI and ML.
Proven track record of increasing sales and qualified opportunities through solution selling
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology or any related fields.
