We are a Japanese-owned company offering Online English classes to Japanese students. We are currently looking for Online English Teachers. We are accepting both graduates and undergraduates of any course who can work Home-based (part-time/full time) for at least 2-4 hours a day, 5 days a week and Office-based (full time only), 8 hours a day, 5 days a week except Sunday between 12 NN to 9 PM.
Job Description
BE ONE OF OUR ESL TEACHER We conduct classes anytime between 4:00 am to 12:00 midnight Home-based
Full time/part-time positions available
With the following requirements:
Desktop/laptop
Headset with an external microphone
Wired internet connection
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide 25 - 125 minute English lessons to Japanese students via Skype/Zoom (depending on the account
assigned).
Go online 30 minutes before the first class.
Maintain good attendance and performance record.
Post lesson memos and submit sound files on time for every class conducted (for evaluation of students'
performance, provide appropriate recommendations and monitor their progress)
Attend training/coaching as needed.
BENEFITS:
Monthly Incentives
Earn up to P15,000-30,000 a month (Depending on the number of your class)
Get classes through either assigning or booking system with our 11 major schools
Choose your teaching schedule anytime between 4 AM and 12MN
The company will provide teaching materials
Receive monthly performance-based incentives (Highest number of classes based on the target)
Job Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
• With or without teaching experience
• FRESH GRADUATES are encouraged to apply, UNDERGRADUATES are also welcome; any course
• Can communicate in English (conversational to advanced)
• Proficiency in the Japanese language (with or without JLPT certificate) is an advantage but not required.
