This position is responsible for responding to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve guest satisfaction. They will assist in maintaining all public area space throughout the hotel. They will provide service and repairs to hotel equipment including electrical, plumbing, gas, fire & safety, air conditioning units and interior painting. This role has direct contact with guests and as such, good communication skills are a necessity.
Engineer V skills and qualifications needed: Minimum 3 months previous experience preferred in related position, certifications preferred, requires technical knowledge of building maintenance and ability to operate computer equipment
A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work morning, afternoon, or evening shifts, weekends, and holidays. Must be fluent in English
