JOB DESCRIPTION
Ka-Eastern Service Operations Center Engineer manages end-to-end fault restoration, provides first-line technical investigation and diagnosis of incidents and service requests within established standards and SLA. S/he monitors all events that occur through the ETPI Network and ensures continuous network service quality.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Our Service Operations Center Engineer must be:
A Licensed Electronics Communications Engineer
Knowledgeable in Communications (IP, Telephony, Transmission, Cloud Network, etc.), Network Monitoring tools, and MS Office applications
Competent in understanding of ITIL Processes and procedures
Highly analytical, excellence driven and with positive work attitude
Amenable to work in shifts in a 24x7 environment
OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education
Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam)
