Job Description
Handles collaboration and proactive planning, match and integrate the communication goals of all HR functional teams with the company's strategic ambitions
Support the firm's people narrative, provide dynamic communications content for both traditional and non-traditional platforms. This includes content development and delivery to capture relevant, strategic employee tales for sharing both internally and externally
Work with partners across our talent team and the larger business to conduct research, write, and produce a variety of print and electronic media, such as digital content, videos, executive communications, presentations, memos, and feature articles. These media cover performance, reward and recognition, learning and development, sustainability, diversity and inclusion, and workforce experience
Manage the editorial calendar and content for the employee engagement initiatives, collaborating closely with the main talent stakeholders, including the employer brand, to assist raise awareness both internally and outside
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree graduate
Has 3 years of experience
Has a background in different facets of Human Resources
Graphic design background or in a similar field is preferred
Will handle employee retention, digital initiatives, and monthly engagements and programs for internal and external communications
Amenable to work in a shifting schedule
Willing to work in a hybrid setup
Can start immediately
