The Employee Experience Executive supports the Country Talent & Excitement (HR) Lead in full spectrum of HR operations of Luxasia & L Beauty PH and provides operational support relating to the entire employee life cycle in the organization focusing on Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, and Admin & Facilities Management.
Major Accountabilities
Leads the full‐cycle recruitment for all positions in both Luxasia and L Beauty PH market.
Facilitates onboarding to the newly hired employees and offboarding to the separating employees.
In charge of the overall Employee Engagement activities such as Virtual Engagements, Town Halls, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSRs), Team Buildings, Summer Outing, Fun Games Activity, among others.
Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending Talent & Excitement policies and procedures.
Oversees admin & facilities management.
Requirements
Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Psychology or equivalent
At least three (3) years work experience in general HR field is required for this role
Specialist experience in at least one of the following areas: recruitment, employee engagement, admin management, or any other HR facets
Relationship builder and has great collaboration skills
Analytical skills and business acumen is highly appreciated
Must be process-oriented
