About the opportunity
The Employee Experience Coordinator is responsible for coordinating a wide variety of innovative and engaging programs, events, and activities designed to build on Ceridian's already strong culture in support of our business priorities. This role will partner with HR's Centers of Excellence, as well as leaders and employees across our global organization.
What you'll get to do
Provide coordination for Employee Experience Programs including (but not limited to) Compressed Work Week Pilot, Getting to Know You, Recognition and Rewards programs, Wellness Events.
In partnership with internal Committees, support the coordination of dynamic employee experiences including special events, celebrations, on-going activities, and opportunities for engagement, connection, and collaboration across functions and geographies.
Along with the Head of Employee Experience, serve as a Champion across the organization and support effective communication of all activities and programs. This will include coordination of program materials, guides, performance metrics, and training materials.
Coordinate assessments (eg. focus groups) which capture employee sentiment regarding employee experience and, in partnership with the Analytics and Engagement team, coordinate results with data from employee engagement survey results, exit interviews, external research to support the creation of regular reports and recommendations
Support internal Committees focused on the employee experience, including coordination of communication, recruitment, scheduling and planning responsibilities.
May be responsible for coordinating submission information for external award programs
Help to identify trends, innovations in programs and technologies, and opportunities for Ceridian to excel as a world-class work culture

Skills and experience we value
Min. undergraduate degree in HR, Marketing or other related field
Min. of 3- years-experience in preferably HR (Talent Management or Rewards and Recognition) or Customer Service, Marketing #LI-Remote
