Extensive knowledge in Labor Laws
Strong oral and written communication skills
Able to communicate and address internal and external customers
Able to conduct and facilitate administrative hearings
Able to effectively discuss company policies to employees
Willing to do field work to facilitate administrative hearings
Highly adaptable in a fast-paced work environment
Able to work independently under pressure with minimal supervision
Relevant experience in Retail Industry is an advantage
Minimum of three years work experience is required for the post

Must be graduate of AB/BS Psychology, Behavioral Science, Hunan Resource Management
