Employee and Labor Relations Specialist I HR Business Partner
We are looking for passionate and talented individuals who want to join our growing #iopexhappyatwork Employee and Labor Relations team.
What does this role look like?
As an Employee Relations Specialists perform a variety of duties to promote employee welfare, such as resolving human relations problems and promoting employee health and well-being.
Communicate to employees to discuss personnel, human relations, and work-related problems that adversely affect morale, health, and productivity.
Evaluates and resolves human relations, labor relations, and work-related problems, and meets with management to determine appropriate action.
Explains and provides advice to workers about the company and governmental rules, regulations, and procedures, and the need for compliance.
Must have:
Must be a graduate of BS Psychology, Human Relations Management, Humanities, and the likes
Experience with Employee and Labor Relations for 1-3 years
Willingness to work on a graveyard/night shift schedule
Willingness to work on a work from home set up or in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
Nice to have:
Experience with Employee and Labor relations, Employee Engagement
Experience on working on a Business Process Outsourcing Company, specifically in a Call Center environment with not less than 300FTEs
Experience and exposure in conducting Focus Group Discussion (FGD), attrition analysis, performance management and recommendations
Experience in initiating and handling employee engagement activities
