Excellent English, 1-3 yrs+ Customer service experience via email / chat
Experience in customer service for another e commerce company
Responding to 50-100 emails , Facebook messages & direct messages per year
Qualifications
Knowledge in Fashion (hair and beauty)
Software to use: Zendesk
Working hours: shifting schedule
