Alstom Philippines is expanding pool of multi-talented individuals. We are looking for experienced and versatile EHS Associate.
Office Location: Lot 1, President Carlos P. Garcia Ave. (C5 Extension) San Dionisio, Sucat, Parañaque City, Philippines
What are my responsibilities?
Support and advise project teams on Environmental, Safety and Health aspect of work
Makes recommendations to changes in operating policies and procedures.
Advise the project management or any other person in charge of the site on the measures to be taken in the interests of EHS.
Assist in organizing EHS activities such as toolbox talks, safety promotion, training, meeting, and other activities that will develop and maintain EHS awareness of the employees in the project.
Assists in the preparation and maintenance of EHS related records / statistics.
Conduct safety audits and inspections to identify workplace hazards (Unsafe working practices & conditions) and recommends corrective / preventive actions.
Contributes in investigating accidents, identifying the causes of accidents and recommending measures to prevent their recurrence.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Any degree with relevant experience in Occupational Safety and Health
2 - 3 years minimum experience in Industrial / Construction operations.
General knowledge in Environmental, Health and Safety Legislations and Regulations.
Have attended DOLE Basic Occupational Safety and Health / Construction Occupational Safety and Health training.
