General Description: The EHR Implementation Specialist is responsible for training, configuration, integrating and supporting the practice of new technology and operations into healthcare facilities. They will interact directly with clients to help in the implementation and support the use of the EHT software.
Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
Responsibilities:
Provides client and DrCatalyst staff training on IMS software functionality
Assists with IMS implementation with DrCatalyst IMS VAR clients
Assists with set up of IMS including letters and forms, visit note customization, billing, reminder/tasks, etc., for new and existing DrCatalyst IMS clients
Demonstrate, sell and train new features of IMS to DRC VAR clients
Coordinates with US-based clients and their staff
Assists with demo and sales of new IMS modules and features to DrCatalyst IMS VAR clients
Requirements:
Graduate of any Allied Medical Course (i.e. Nursing, Pharmacy, Biology, PT/OT, etc.) or any non-medical course but with call center experience
Strong English communication skills (both oral and written)
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills
Good technical background an advantage
Strong work ethics
Teaching experience is an advantage
Willingness to work in US shifts
Residence in, or willingness to be based in, Cebu City
Quality Check Functions (QC)
Assesses quality of IMS set up from checklist.
Confirms with US based Project Managers about quality of work output
Evaluates product setups and customization before "Go-Live"
Coordinate with QA team and Developer Team to create a QC process
Evaluate Billing processes and setup for new DrCatalyst clients on IMS.
Product Training
Provides scheduled IMS product training to clients as well as new members on the different areas of the software which can range from 30 minutes to 2 hours per area
Creates training videos for clients as well as company employees
Conducts webinars to discuss the IMS software to clients and other company associates
Creates training guides or outlines for smooth product training
Product Customization
Customizes the product's set up, letters, forms and templates according to the client's preference
Researches information to have better letters, forms and templates for the clients
Setting up client's most used prescription, diagnosis, CPT, diagnostic and lab test templates
Customizes visit note templates to provider's preference. Creating templates based on the provider's old charts, documents and other office forms and questionnaires
