Help customers navigate eCommerce platforms, manage orders, and resolve issues.
Troubleshoot technical or account-related concerns with clarity and care.
Ensure every customer enjoys a smooth and satisfying online experience.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
At least 2 years of experience in eCommerce, Customer Service, or Technical Support.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
STEM-related educational background (Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar) is a strong advantage.
Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems and tools.
Positive, proactive, and comfortable working in a small, home office-type setup.
Willing to work onsite in Lapu-Lapu City on a night shift (US time zone).
Can start immediately.
