BASIC FUNCTION
Position Overview
The eCommerce Partner Program Specialist will work as a liaison between the eCommerce team and Partner Management team to implement and execute eCommerce campaigns for Insight.com. This position will play a key role in executing the promotional strategy developed with the eCommerce Merchandising Manager in collaboration with the Partner/Category Management team, eCommerce Operations, Analytics, Search and Content team.
What you'll do at Insight
Collaborate with partners, partner managers & eCommerce operations to develop and implement eCommerce strategy, plans, and campaigns for Insight.com
Assist in creating presentations to communicate roadmap plans across internal stakeholders and partners on eCommerce opportunities and offerings
Lead content development with partners and internal teams
Serve as project manager and work with internal teams on campaign planning and launch
Provide reports and analysis on eCommerce campaign efforts
Work with partners and internal teams to optimize eCommerce marketing budgets
Ensure brand guidelines are met across all eCommerce programs
What you'll need to join Insight
Ability to successfully manage multiple projects independently
Excellent organizational skills & highly detail-oriented
Good verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills
Must be motivated and results-driven
Ability to effectively analyze and report on campaigns performance
Minimum 1 year of online marketing/merchandising experience
Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite applications - specifically Excel
