ecommerce Operation specialistTransBiz (eCommerce Marketing Agency)

Proactively manage customer orders to maximize revenues and customer satisfaction
Eliminate, optimize or automate existing manual day-to-day operation tasks
Facilitate the quality assurance process by working closely with our 3PL fulfillment center
Identify problems, propose and execute plans to reduce order returns rate and cancellations
Identify opportunities to streamline operations and lead process improvement initiatives
Supervise and optimize the working relationship with our suppliers, 3PL fulfillment center, couriers and the Customer Happiness team.
Manage inbound supply chain from our suppliers to 3PL fulfillment center (incl. purchase orders and billing) and outbound from courier to customer, utilizing warehouse/courier management systems and internal order management systems
Support our Customer Happiness team with a customer first approach and act as second level support on customer issues
eCommerce store content management including merchandising content and landing pages
Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on operational efficiencies, finance and sales, forecasting based on data analysis
Perform market research before products are finalized for production
Work on ad hoc projects with cross-functional teams of TransBiz, including Marketing, Finance & Developers
Industrial Engineering (BS)
Experience working in eCommerce or related field
3+ years of operations and/or experience or related fields
Experiences with eCommerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, Amazon... etc. (preferred)
Be fluent in English;
