It is the second largest spirits market in South East Asia with robust growth. Diageo is the clear leader in the premium international spirits category in the Philippines and our ambition is to double our business over the next 5 years. About the role: The eCommerce Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing and managing Diageo's eCommerce relationship with MarketPlace, Specialty Stores, Integrated, On demand and DTC. Within this role, you will develop opportunities with new retailers & partnerships. Primary responsibility will be account management to understand our partners goals and strategy and provide linkage to all of the brand, portfolio, insights and programs that Diageo has to offer in the eCommerce space. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate previous success in developing B2B relationships and managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders across all levels of an organization. Ideally, they should understand the necessary steps required to launch/manage an eCommerce portal and be able lead all stakeholders through the process seamlessly. Top Accountabilities a) Innovation & Business Development Constantly examines new ways of bringing Diageo products and experiences to the market, able to quantify opportunities, and build the operational framework to develop the new channels. b) Customer Management Maintains and nurtures strong, positive working relationships with platform partners (e.g. e-commerce companies), providing them with the right product mix, category and consumer insights, and programs to increase shopper traffic and sales. Provides regular updates to customers of sales trends as well as opportunities for improving product delivery and customer satisfaction. c) Brand & Share Growth With the customers, seeks to understand shopper habits and motivations in order to create the right programs and experiences for increasing brand sales in the channel. d) Business Analysis & Growth Planning Utilizes information from Diageo and the customer to understand sales trends, identifying both the gaps and opportunities leading to brand growth strategies in the assigned area. e) Resource Management Drives channel profitability with an understanding of the sales and financial impact of programs. Recommends the programs to develop this channel and evaluates their effectiveness in generating profitable sales. f) Policy & Process Compliance Complies with all Commercial policies, company regulations, standards and guidelines. Experience required/Skills/Capabilities/Languages University Graduate with at least 3 years in field sales management, preferably with a fast-moving consumer goods company. 1 +years handling digital/ecommerce channels and/or new channel development Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. Able to manage multiple stakeholders. Above average analytical skills and strategy understanding A fast learner who adapts quickly to changing circumstances.
