Job Description:
 
Are you interested in engaging with online communities and helping to maintain a positive environment? The EMG Community Management Admin plays an important role in fostering a welcoming and engaging online presence for our brands. If you have strong reading comprehension skills and enjoy interacting with people online, this could be a great fit for you!
 
Responsibilities:
Monitor and moderate website comments to ensure they align with our community guidelines.
Engage with website users by responding to comments, questions, and concerns in a friendly and helpful manner.
Provide customer service by resolving issues, offering solutions, and ensuring users feel heard and supported.
Share valuable user feedback with internal teams to help us continually improve our products and services.
Stay connected with the team via our chat app and contribute to team meetings and discussions.
Qualifications:
Strong English writing and communication skills.
Candidates with at least 6 months of BPO experience are encouraged to apply!
Excellent reading comprehension skills, with the ability to quickly understand and respond to conversational English.
A general understanding of American culture to effectively interpret context and nuances in comments.
A positive attitude and a proactive approach to customer service.
Familiarity with social media platforms and tools.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including some evenings and weekends.
Bonus Experience (Not Required):
Experience in community management or customer service.
Familiarity with moderation tools and online community platforms.
