Responsibilities:
General administrative duties
Process and update appropriate electronic records
Handle clarifications or escalations
Qualifications:
At least 6 months of BPO voice experience
Excellent communication skills, comprehension, and professionalism when handling clarifications or escalations
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy 
Able to follow structured processes and data validation guidelines 
Comfortable working independently and with minimal supervision
Comfortable handling repetitive tasks while maintaining productivity and quality 
Can work shifting schedules and weekends as required
