We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to manage our online selling platforms. This role involves handling day-to-day operations across Shopee, Lazada, Facebook Marketplace, Tiktok, and our website. The E-Commerce Specialist will ensure smooth order processing, timely responses to customer inquiries, and effective coordination with the fulfillment team.
 
Key Responsibilities
Manage and update product listings, pricing, and promotions across Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, website, and Facebook Marketplace.
Respond to customer inquiries on Facebook Messenger, Marketplace, Shopee, Tiktok, and Lazada in a professional and timely manner (daily basis).
Oversee order fulfillment - coordinate with the warehouse/operations team to ensure accurate and on-time delivery.
Monitor daily sales and prepare basic reports on performance, inquiries, and customer feedback.
Optimize listings with proper product descriptions, photos, and keywords to maximize visibility.
Assist in running online campaigns, discounts, and voucher setups as needed.
Monitor competitor activity and recommend improvements.
Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
Qualifications
At least 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, online selling, or customer service (Shopee/Lazada experience preferred).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
Familiar with using Shopee, Lazada Seller Center, Tiktok Seller Center, Facebook Marketplace, and basic Shopify dashboard.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Comfortable with basic reporting (Excel/Google Sheets).
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
Nice to Have
Experience in digital marketing or online advertising.
Knowledge of Canva or other basic design tools for posting.
Background in pet products, retail, or distribution.
Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Response time to inquiries.
Order accuracy and timely fulfillment.
Sales growth across online channels.
Customer satisfaction rating (reviews, feedback).
