About the Role:
 
We are looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy E-Commerce Sales Specialist to help us sell online our brand-new and slightly used vehicles and genuine parts online for all brands (BYD, MB, CDJR, Changan). This person will be responsible for setting up online selling platforms, uploading listings, taking product photos, managing inquiries, and coordinating sales.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage seller accounts on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Facebook Marketplace, Carousell, OLX, eBay, or other suitable marketplaces.
Take clear, detailed photos of vehicles and car parts.
Write and upload product listings with accurate specifications, pricing, and compatibility details.
Organize and maintain digital inventory records.
Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate leads to our sales team when necessary.
Regularly update listings and optimize for search visibility and sales performance.
Track inquiries, conversion rates, and sold inventory.
Qualifications:
At least 1-2 years experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, online selling, or automotive sales support.
Basic knowledge of car models and vehicle parts is highly preferred.
Skilled in photo taking and basic editing (e.g., Lightroom, Canva, Photoshop).
Familiar with online platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Facebook Marketplace, etc.
Proficient in data entry, MS Excel, and organizing inventory.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
Bonus if you have:
Previous work in a car dealership or auto parts business
Experience running Facebook or Shopee Ads
Knowledge of SEO and optimizing product listings
