This role, with morning and day shifts available, offers a competitive compensation package, complemented by potential commissions. We're seeking an individual with a friendly and helpful demeanor, comfortable handling sales inquiries from incoming callers. An intelligent team player, someone who is process-driven yet open to innovative ideas. Quick thinking, real-time troubleshooting, and seamless collaboration within the team are essential. Logistics experience is advantageous, and a willingness to master various tools such as Citrix, Email, Excel, Teams, and Smart Sheet is crucial.

Qualifications
Extensive background in Customer Service & Sales
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written English)
Ability to step up and make innovative suggestions.
Strong team player with creative problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused mindset, capable of thinking ahead to ensure order completion.
Can think outside the box & detail oriented
Experience in logistics is advantageous but not necessary.
Willingness to learn and adapt to various software programs such as Citrix, Email, Excel, Teams, and Smart Sheet.
Ability to "go with the flow" at a moment's notice.
